Each student selected for the scholarship demon- strated outstanding scholastic achievement and community service. This program benefts dependent children of members with active NTOA "Individual" memberships; recipients must be at least 16 years old and a United States citizen. The scholarship provides funding for tuition and other eligible expenses through an IRS 529 College Savings Plan or a direct payment to the educa- tional institution. The 2014 Educations Scholarships are valued at $2,500 for each student. Award winners are: Kenneth Vinacco, Providence, R.I. Summer Moon, Orange City, Fla. Katelynn Hoobler, Horton, Kan.
