On the right is a Kahr P380 with a Crimson Trace Laserguard. Both have a completely different design and operation, yet are excellent choices for the .380 Auto. Photos by Robert Marvulli The DoubleTap Ammunition 80-grain Barnes TAC-XP did not work well when fired in the NAA Guardian. Both DoubleTap products had awesome penetration: 12.9 inches for the 80-grain and 17.75 inches for the 95-grain bullet. Neither bullets expanded, however. In longer barrels, like the one on a Glock 42, these cartridges do well.
